KINGFISHER LOOKOUT IS A GLAMPING UNIT IN THE SHAPE OF A SHEPHERD’S HUT.
Perched on the edge of the lake with an exceptional view, sits “Kingfisher Lookout” with a split level deck. Inside is a kitchen area with 2 ring ceramic hob, extractor unit, built in microwave, sink, undercounter fridge/with freezer compartment. Crockery, cutlery, essential cooking equipment, kettle & toaster. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. Bespoke settee that turns into a double bed. Wardrobe & drawers. TV with Freeview. Wall heater & plug sockets. Ensuite shower room with heated towel rail,mirror, hair dryer & shaver point. Exit the lodge by the double doors straight out onto a decked area with wood burner, patio table, a double rocker chair and outside lights. Steps down to a lower decked area for private fishing or further seating. Ideally positioned to take in the morning sunrise or sit & watch the wildlife on offer. Tucked away to the side is the private hot tub area.
Please note the hot tub is for the guests who book “Kingfisher Lookout” and not to be used any other onsite guests or visiting friends or family due to insurance.

A deposit of £100 is required to book. Check in is after 3pm but by 6pm latest. Check out by 10am.
Deposits are not refundable or transferable. The balance is payable 14 days before arrival unless booking to arrive within 2 weeks. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival are not refundable.
We reserve the right to ask any guest/s to leave our premises with immediate effect without a refund if we find them offensive/disruptive in any manner to us or other guests.
